Delivery and transportation

United States
For orders in the United States, they are usually shipped from the U.S. warehouse with a delivery time of 7-10 days, and taxes are included. If the items are out of stock in the U.S. warehouse, they will be shipped from China, with door-to-door delivery taking approximately 1.5 months, taxes included. If air freight is required, an additional shipping fee will be charged, and door-to-door delivery will take 15 days with taxes included.

Europe
For orders in Europe, they are shipped from the European warehouse with a delivery time of 7-10 days, and taxes are included for most regions. For items out of stock in the European warehouse, they will be shipped from China, with door-to-door delivery taking 1.5 months, taxes included. If air freight is required, an additional shipping fee will be charged, and door-to-door delivery will take 15 days with taxes included. Note: European air freight has a weight limit of 30kg. If the weight exceeds 30kg, the shipment will be split. Typically, batteries and the main unit will be shipped separately, and you will need to reassemble them after receiving the goods.

United Kingdom
Door-to-door delivery is provided without taxes included.
